WP 5 Mobility
Mobility and raw water relevance
To assess the raw water hazard by anthropogenic trace contaminants, the mobility of specified contaminants is examined in WP5. Important contaminants are:
- not (further) degraded
- potentially soil mobile
- potentially pass the raw water
For the performance of the test, undisturbed soil samples directly from an aquifer area and river sediment will be obtained and in the laboratory the mobility of the contaminants will be balanced. The results will be validated with real bank filtration samples.
